Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policies

Seven Days, No Questions Asked

Customers may return items within 7 days from the date of delivery of the merchandise for a refund, no questions asked.  Our shipping charge and your return shipping costs are not refundable.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee shall be charged for all returns. The purpose of this fee is to cover the finance charges we incur when your order is initially placed and then again when a cancellation is submitted to your credit card company or to PayPal.   This fee also covers the labor costs we incur in returning items to inventory and the warehouse. The restocking fee is waived for returns caused by an error we have made.

Return Procedure

If you are not satisfied with an item you must first obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA number).  To do so, contact us by email, describing the nature of the problem.  Merchandise should be insured against loss and returned in new condition. We are not responsible for any return that is lost in the mail.  Insure your return!

No Exchanges

Sorry, no exchanges. If you change your mind about something you have ordered, simply return the item in accordance with our return policy for a refund, and then place a new order for the preferred item.

Cancellation Fee

Missing or Damaged Items

Reports of missing or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receipt by email or phone.

Return of Discounted Items

Any discount or promotional pricing that was applied to your transaction will be applied to your returned item(s). For instance, if you paid $3.00 for an item, but also received a 10 percent discount due to a promotion, you will be credited $2.70 (the real cost of the item to you, after the discount).
